Massive Dance 2.0 is a smorgasbord of huge concepts in tiny morsels, co-curated, created and carried out by the subsequent technology of dance leaders in Sydney.

Ten years in the past, a bunch of ten budding unbiased dance makers received collectively and created 9 new and thrilling brief works offered in Dance Bites 2013 by FORM Dance Tasks at Riverside Theatres. Explosive dance in tiny bursts, Massive Dance in Small Chunks launched Dance Makers Collective, virtually 10 years in the past to the day, and to have fun this milestone, we suggest a revival of a unique type.

Dance Makers Collective (DMC) is the main collective-led dance firm in Australia, with a novel artistic voice and course of that includes particular person and collective making, mashed as much as current distinctive, numerous and multifaceted concepts by dance and dance theatre.

This workshop will give college students an perception into the person and collective making processes of artists in DMC, sharing the methods DMC members generate, cross on and manipulate choreography to harness the distinctive particular person expertise of the various performers who make up the collective.
